  • Children. Salons are not safe places for babies and children. Please, for your peace of mind and their safety, we ask you not to bring children to the salon.
  • Staff selection changes. Please feel free to try another stylist. You may feel more comfortable with someone else or simply want a fresh new idea-please let us know. We are a team of professionals, and love for clients to work with all our staff.
  • Scheduling. Our scheduling is designed to permit enough time to complete your beauty service. Please help us by being prompt. We do not want anyone to wait for their service.
  • Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Mac and Debit cards.
  • On-time importance. Please arrive at the salon 20 minutes prior to your reservation, so that we may serve you in a timely, relaxed manner. It is our desire to provide you with world-class service, to relax the muscles, nourish the skin, soothe the senses, and to lift your state of mind to a more positive level.
  • A little convenience. Luncheon service, phones available should you need to make a call, also a fax machine. Private car service available.
  • Gift Certificates must be presented for redemption.
  • Gift Packages are not interchangeable.
  • Gift Cards. 48-hour cancellation policy in effect. Gift cards will be charged in full amount of services missed. Family emergencies will be given special consideration.
