Your Career at Frank Anthony Salon

As a new stylist, your journey at Frank Anthony begins with our Onboarding Manual, a personalized guide designed to support your individual learning style and pace. This manual also serves as a training checklist, allowing you to track your progress and celebrate milestones along the way.

You will gain hands-on experience by shadowing and learning directly from our senior stylists, building confidence and real-world skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

After Licensing:

The B-On-Target Education Path

Once you receive your cosmetology license, you will enter our B-On-Target Haircutting Program. This program focuses on:

  • Everyday people skills

  • Exceptional customer care

  • Building a successful, long-term career at Frank Anthony

  • Foundations and fundamentals of haircutting

Upon completion, you will have the confidence and skillset to deliver an exceptional salon experience to every guest.

Next, you will advance into our B-On-Target Color Program, where you will take a deep dive into:

  • Hair color chemistry

  • Strategic placement and formulation

  • Guiding clients to their ideal hair color based on skin tone, lifestyle, and personal style

  • Maintaining and protecting the integrity of the hair

This program empowers you to confidently educate your clients while creating beautiful, healthy results.

Ongoing Education

We believe education never stops. Each year, we offer:

  • In-salon education classes

  • Opportunities to attend advanced education beyond the salon

Experienced cosmetologists are always welcome. Training programs are adjusted as needed based on experience and skill level.
