PRICING
Online pricing is an estimate. Final pricing may vary based on your consultation and individual needs.
TIMING
Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted based on your selected services and consultation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure we can provide the best possible service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide more than 24 hours’ notice. Our Guest Services team is always happy to assist you with rescheduling should you need to make a change.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
A $25 deposit is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY- ALL SERVICES
Within 24 hours: A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will have a $50 fee.
Within 12 hours: A cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
No-Show: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
LATE ARRIVALS
• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please call us beforehand if you know you will be late so we can best accommodate you.
By scheduling your appointment at our salon you are agreeing to the cancellation policy. This policy allows us to accommodate all our clients better and ensures our team is compensated for their time.
